The transition to college-level study is challenging for most students. This is especially true for international students, who also have to adjust to a different culture, a different language, and different education system.

Bloomfield College’s Global Pathway Program supports international students so they succeed at the college level.  To learn more about the Pathway Program our brochure is available in Chinese, Portuguese, Korean, and Spanish

Our vast experience in educating students from all over the world has led to the refined and detailed Pathway program, which includes:

  • A supportive environment that helps students acclimate quickly
  • Ongoing instruction to build English language proficiency for general academics
  • TOEFL preparation
  • Instruction that builds academic skills (researching, using the library, making presentations)
  • The ability to earn the same college credits typical of any first year student while studying English. Course subjects include Math, Science, History and Business.
